Q. Payment options

We support Credit Card (Master, Visa, AMEX, Discover) and Paypal payments.
 

Q. I can’t seem to find the Credit Card optionat the checkout page

Please select the Paypal option first and click on “Complete order”.
There will be a popup window that will allow you to pay by credit card without sign-in to Paypal (“Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button).

Q. When will my order be shipped?

All MEIBE products are dispatched from our Seoul office and will be delivered to you quick and safe. We process orders and ship them Monday through Friday excluding Korean national holidays. Orders placed after Friday 11am KST will be shipped after the weekend.

 

Q. How long will the package be delivered?

Items are delivered via standard, premium or express airmail service and will arrive within 4~20 business days (depending on your destination) from the day of your purchase. We provide free international delivery to selected countries for purchase exceeding USD50. Orders to countries ineligible for the free shipping program will receive free K-beauty items of equivalent or higher value vs. the shipping free.

Q. How do I track my package?

Q. How do I cancel or change my shipping address after purchase?

Once an order is placed, it would be packaged and shipped out within 36 hours. In most cases it will be very difficult to cancel an order or change the shipping address once the order is shipped. Although we cannot ensure the change,
PLEASE CONTACT US as soon as possible with your name and order number.


Q. Can I return or exchange products?

All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days upon reception. Please kindly contact our customer support team via SNS or EMAIL for return instructions.
